CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. CANCELLATION TERMS

1.1. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you can send your request by emailing sahinlerotomarket@gmail.com or by contacting us at 05541692611.

1.2. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled; in this case, the return process must be initiated.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN PROCESS

2.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product.

2.2. The product to be returned must be undamaged, unused, uninstalled, and retain its resalable condition.

3. SPECIAL RETURN CONDITIONS FOR AUTO ACCESSORY PRODUCTS

3.1. For products with protective tape/film (e.g., bumper protector tape, carbon coatings, etc.), returns are not accepted once these tapes have been removed.

3.2. If adhesive products have been tried for installation or their adhesive has been opened, a return cannot be made.

3.3. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for painted or custom-made accessories.

4. RETURN PROCEDURE

4.1. You must notify us of your return request through the "Contact" section on our website or by email.

4.2. For approved return requests, you must send the product back with its invoice using the cargo agreement code that will be provided to you.

4.3. After the returned product reaches us and its compliance with the above conditions is checked, the product price will be refunded to you within 10 business days via the payment method you used (credit card/bank account).
