New Model Angel Eye Features:
The rings consist of glass tubes placed inside transparent plastic and striped rings. There are clear ring gaskets on the glass tubes, which are resistant to vibration.
Easily fixed to the headlight reflector with clear clips.
High-quality inverters with circuits coated with asphalt, protected against water ingress.
New brighter CCFL tube.
New reflector bright rear surface, prominent appearance during the day.
Heat shrinkable sleeves on cable plug connections.
More than 15,000 hours of bulb life (approximately 2-3 years with 8 hours of daily use)
Does not trigger a fault light.
About Installation:
The angel rings do not damage your vehicle's headlights. All parts of BMW E46 headlights have tabs, they can be easily opened and closed. If you are handy, you can install it yourself.
Installation steps in order:
1. Remove the headlight corner signals (Tabbed)
2. Pull the headlight washer plastic forward (Tabbed)
3. Remove the headlight wind seals (Tabbed)
4. Open the headlight glass tabs, remove the headlight glass (Tabbed)
5. Pull the black headlight housing forward and remove it (Tabbed)
6. Secure the rings to the headlight reflector from the top with clips, route the cable from the back.
7. Connect the angel eye ring cables to the inverter plugs, connect the inverter cable to the parking lights.
8. Reinstall the tabbed parts in the same order, reassemble the headlight.
Note: If your headlights do not take on water, they will still not. Installing angel rings is not related to your headlight's waterproofing.
